By accessing and using FanTurf ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Virtual Goods (Pixels)
Pixels purchased on FanTurf are virtual goods. You do not own any physical property. Ownership of a pixel grants you the right to color it and display a message, subject to our content guidelines. We reserve the right to reclaim or overwrite pixels if they violate our policies.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is hate speech, threatening, or illegal. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules without refund.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the uptime or availability of the grid.
