Refund Policy
1. No Refunds
All purchases of pixels on FanTurf are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital goods and the competitive mechanic of the grid, we do not offer refunds once pixels have been assigned.
2. Exceptions
If a technical error prevented your pixels from being assigned after payment, please contact support immediately. We will verify the transaction and manually assign your pixels or issue a refund at our discretion.
